A Leap into a New State & New Chapter

This is the most challenging email that I have ever written and it is difficult to put into words all that I want to express to you.

I appreciate each of you so very much. The trust you have placed in me with your healthcare and spiritual growth is dear to my heart. I am incredibly grateful for all of the wonderful clients I have gotten to know and love during my 15 years in Madison. I will miss seeing your smiling faces and learning from you as we work together. It has been a fantastic journey with all of you — you are an amazing group of individuals!  Our work together can continue in new forms if you wish, so stay tuned if this calls to your heart.

I have wonderful news to report about a major decision that I have made for my life and my practice. I am relocating to Denver, Colorado. Some of you know that my significant other lives there, and it is time for me to relocate and join him there. I will work as an independent contractor doing acupuncture, and take my time to build my own practice with acupuncture, Reiki healing, and teaching. I will also be working on more virtual options over the coming year, so please stay tuned if you are interested in Reiki sessions, spirituality classes, Reiki classes and virtual coaching. You can't get rid of me that easily! 

I will be here in Madison and available for in-person sessions through December 13th. I hope to see as many of you as possible over these last weeks for acupuncture, Reiki or coaching. If you need assistant booking please let me know and I can assist you. Please read on for referral information and other housekeeping details below.

I will always be available with virtual appointments for Reiki, coaching, classes or even acupressure with magnets if you prefer to stay connected in that way. Some of you have had virtual sessions during the pandemic, and we are fortunate to have this option. I am here to serve and assist so if this calls to you let me know.

Also, I will visit Madison periodically as my parents are both in Wisconsin. I plan to schedule additional Reiki classes, and I may be available for a small number of sessions while I visit. If this is of interest to you please let me know so I can be sure to send out a notice with my travel schedule. Also, if I know there are clients who want to see me while I am in Madison visiting, it may influence the frequency and length of my visits to make this available. Of course, if you ever plan a trip to Denver and want to attend a class or schedule a session this is absolutely possible. I would love to see you!

I apologize if you receive this email from multiple lists, I am trying to reach everyone and I had different platforms and lists over the years. It is never my intention to complicate your email box. I will continue an email list to communicate virtual options and travel to Madison when I having new offerings.

MindBody Online -- If you need 2021 billing statements or receipts please go into your account and download these documents by years end. If you need assistance please contact me ASAP so I can export a summary of your services for your records. Be proactive with your year-end healthcare documents for taxes, flex-spending, health savings account and records. I will be closing the MindBody platform, so if you need this information, please take care of this before the end of the year.

I have been reaching out by phone to speak with those who have outstanding package sessions who are not on the current schedule. Please call me back if you got a voicemail.

Of course, I would like to see you and have you utilize your sessions in-person before Dec. 13th. I am offering some options for the package credit to be applied to other services such as Reiki 60 Min, Esoteric Acupuncture  60 Min (Reiki and Acupuncture), Energetic Rejuvenation 90 Min (Acupuncture and Reiki), Virtual Reiki or Virtual Coaching sessions, or even Virtual Reiki Classes. I ask that you please contact me directly by phone or email, so we can work out the details if you are not coming in to use these as acupuncture followup sessions by December 13th. 

All of you using Fullscript for supplements can continue to use this service. If you need consultation for these items in the future, we can setup an virtual consult to review these items.

Referrals for Your Care

Many of you are asking me who they should see to continue their acupuncture treatments. Fortunately, Madison is rich with talented, compassionate and skilled practitioners! You will find many acupuncturist when you do a web search. And I want you to trust in you guidance and intuition on this, as you will undoubtedly be guided to the perfect practitioner for you. Your angels will nudge you and you will know who is best for you. REMEMBER that you can ask your angels for confirmation and then pay attention as they give you the nudges and whispers of knowing the answer that is best for you! This is all about your empowerment, no anyone telling you what to do.

All that said, I am compiling a short list of acupuncturists that I know, and most I have also had treatment with over the years. I know some may be better geographically located for you than others. Do some research on their websites and trust your guidance and know there are many great options here in Madison for you to choose from even beyond this list.

If you would like me to have a short conversation with the new practitioner as you transition to their care, this can easily be arranged by requesting and signing a medical release form. This form gives me permission to speak to the other practitioner to coordinate the transition of your care. This is not at all required, but I am happy to do this to make the transition to a new practitioner easier for you. I can let them know things that we have done that have been working for you, etc. Fortunately, there are many excellent practitioners here in Madison. I trust you will all find the support that is best for you.
