Q: Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn't know from seeing you in class. A: I live in a “Brady Bunch” blended family with 2 of my own and 4 of his... it's crazy but awesome! I love all of them! And two dogs. Our house is never quiet.
Q: What led you to become a Pilates teacher? A: It's really hard to explain. I can't get enough of Pilates. I wish I could practice all the time, talk about it all the time, teach others the benefits of it all the time so they are able to feel this way too! The instructors I've had here definitely taught me that.
Q: What is your teaching style? A: I try to be organized, informative and keep the class moving. Q: What do you enjoy about teaching Pilates? A: Teaching and practicing both make me feel strong, stable and balanced. At Purely, I like the smaller, more intimate class sizes. I like to know about my clients and their needs.
Q: What is your teaching schedule at Purely? A: Early mornings and weekends! I love mixing it up with Reformer, Chair and the occasional Jump Board. |
