We will cover proper progression as well as the technique for lifts an athlete must know to properly and safely perform to advance their athletic abilities and careers. Each lift will start from the basic body weight movement and progress using different exercises or implements all the way to the final movement with the Olympic bar. This includes but is not limited to: Triple Extension, Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Clean, and Snatch. This for athletes, parents, and coaches to learn. |
