The guy who helped me explained everything so calmly (while internally I was panicking). I ended up absolutely loving it, felt amazing afterwards! Would absolutely recommend giving it a try, there are so many great benefits your body receives from it!

What a great experience my first time at Restore for a cryotherapy session. Erin & Renee greeted me upon arrival & explained the process. They were so welcoming & gave me a tour of the studio room by room. Erin then got me setup for my cryotherapy. They provide a robe, socks, slippers, gloves
