This place is so clean and the benefits are amazing. I did the breathing chair (massage and oxygen). It felt like I was in a very expensive spa. The room is beautiful (Himalayan salt walls) and the session was so relaxing. I suggest you google the benefits of Salt Therapy… so much information. Another plus for this place… they don’t accept tips… so it really takes away the stress of the cost or wondering if you should tip or how much. Excellently run business.

Salt Oasis is truly a must experience. My initial visit was after a conference and was with a large group. We had a treatment in the salt cave, and although I was among 14 women, once the lights dimmed, the healing music began, I drifted away to another place. I knew then I needed to return to really experience the effects of the salt, as well as take advantage of the breathing chairs. My second visit at the end of March was just what I dreamed it would be, and more. Being in the cave with fewer people, I felt a deeper sense of calmness, as well as inhaling the fumes from the salt helped improve my breathing. I'm on my way back for a third visit soon. So what does that say? You should definitely plan a visit. In addition to the health benefits you receive, you will be treated like royalty. Bruno and his staff are so gracious and accommodating. They make you feel like family. Add this to your health and wellness routine. I am!

This was my first time at Salt Oasis and I had a beautiful experience. I’ve been to many soundbaths and sit in many medicine circles and I truly enjoyed how Nico Facilitated the sound bath-he tailored the session to our group really well as you got a sense there were a lot of newbies in the room. I could sense that Nico had a wealth of knowledge and wisdom but he kept it very simple and concise, as again, the room was filled with a lot of newbies. And for some who are more tenured like myself, I was very engaged, very responsive to the sounds and able to get into that meditative space rather quickly. I loved the traditional aspects as these types of modalities are ancient so the recognition of the ancestors and traditional ways of implementing the healing was appreciated. The entire staff was wonderful and I felt at ease here immediately. I highly recommend Nicos sound bath at Salt Oasis!!

This is a go to when you are having any kind of sinus/ respiratory issues. I've been having allergy/sinus issues for the past few days. Went in today and I noticed within 10 mins of my session I was starting to feel relief. By the time I was done I was able to breath freely. This is definitely something to do to help you out. I stumbled on Salt Oasis in July when I was planning something to do for my birthday. This place has exceeded my expectations. It is relaxing, the staff are friendly and on point, they call to you remind me of my appointments and when I am on the waitlist they keep me abreast on any cancellations. The breathing chair is relaxing and the salt cave is out of this world relaxing. I have been back twice since July and working on more visits. Definitely a place to go to escape the heaviness off the world and life.
