Please take note of the December changes and plan your workouts accordingly/bring your guests. Our holiday hours are as follows:

• No PM Training on Tuesday, 12/12 (Our staff/team party)
• 9AM Friends & Family workouts on 12/22, 12/23, and 12/30
• Closed Christmas Day and 12/26
• Closed New Year's Day 1/1

Regular hours will resume on January 2nd. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals this holiday season, and in 2024!

We are rearranging! The back office area will now be an additional training area. Walls are down and construction is well underway. Formally unused, this 1500 square foot space will serve all clients and programs. In addition, we are returning the space where the rowers are to the landlord, and moving that equipment to the newly re-designed space. Bear with us as we finish construction by January 1st, and fine-tune the flow of training.

We are also thrilled to be bringing our training services to the Bethany Beach, Delaware area. Opening soon!
