Weds at 9:45 or 12:45

Thursday at 8:30, 9:45, 12:15, 12:45, 2:45, 4:00, 4:45, or 5:30

Friday at 9:00, 10:30, or 2:15*

Soma at SDCC is open Monday - Friday by appointment only and is located inside the Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center at 2500 Lillian Miller. Here's a list of our upcoming openings:
