Soma Massage Therapy now offers Raindrop Technique! Get excited!

"Raindrop" is a  a combination of reflexology, aromatherapy, massage techniques, and essential oils. Nine high quality essential oils (we use Young Living brand of oils) are placed on the reflex points on the feet and directly on the spine, and has a number of health benefits including boosting the immune system, encouraging better spinal alignment, relieving pain, balancing the body, improving sleep, and decreasing stress.

It takes about an hour just to apply the essential oils (how luxurious!), so if you're looking to get some deep tissue or specific work done on a particular area in addition to the Raindrop session, we suggest booking a longer appointment (90 minutes - 2 hours is recommended, though we can still provide a healing, relaxing Raindrop session in 60 or 75 minutes too).

Soma Denton is open 7 days a week by appointment only and is located in the back half of the Green Space Dance Studio, located at 529 Malone St. Here's a list of our upcoming openings:

Soma at SDCC is open Monday - Friday by appointment only and is located inside the Spinal Decompression and Chiropractic Center at 2500 Lillian Miller. Here's a list of our upcoming openings:

Our May 2019 Massage for a Cause partner is Flo Code!

Flo Code's mission is focused on providing access to menstrual products to those in need, bringing people together to end the stigma of menstruation through service, and encouraging people to reclaim their power. Period.

Soma Massage Therapy would like to collect menstruation products to support these efforts, so we are asking everyone in the community to donate the following supplies. Drop off your donation and you'll be entered to win a free one hour massage gift certificate!
