Thank you for a friendly and no pressure workout environment. It’s been a while since I worked out, so the tailored workout was a good first lesson. I got the aerobics, the resistance, the core(sit-up), arms(punch and pushups), and squat for legs while skipping with kicks. It’s decent and good ventilation with sanitary precautions. I appreciate the few minutes more that was given to us because we were late from getting ready and sanitizing our equipments. Appreciate it, friend!

I found this awesome place via Google and I'm truly happy I trusted my gut and gave it a try. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure my 4 year old was comfortable and warming up to the class, they tended to me like family. The owner is the nicest person I've met in ages and the prices are inexpensive. Do not regret my decision at all and my daughter and I will be members of this gym for a while.

This is a very good way to get more active and also have it in a fun way where you can lose weight and learn way to defend you self and your dignity by not having to be the one on the floor getting beat up.
