From time to time I take calls from former students that have reached back out to us and are looking to get back on their mat. They tell me things like:
- It's been a LONG TIME since I have moved (don't guilt me)
- My body is a TOTAL WRECK and I'm falling apart (don't judge me)
- I've gained weight and my POSTURE IS CRAP (don't shame me)
- My diet of Netflix and wine is BAD HABIT (I'm not coping well)
- I feel SO BAD and I'm in CONSTANT PAIN (please help me)
Although all those things may be true for them in this moment, that can all change in an instant they make the decision to get back on the mat!

When we have been away from our mat for a while, it may seem like a spooky place to be (especially if it has been rolled up in your trunk or garage for a few years.)
In that case you have a few options:
- Chuck it and use one of ours.
- Check it and order yourself a new one.
- Dust it off, hose it off, disinfect it or whatever you gotta do to it.
