OPEN GYM

TSN is starting open gym this Sunday March the 10th! We are offering this to members only + 1 guest. These sessions have been created to help our athletes apply the skills they work so hard on in the Nest to live game play! 
Each session is $5 per person
Elementary 3rd-5th grade: 6:00-7:00pm
Middle 6th-8th grade: 5:00-6:00pm
High 9th-UP: 7:00-8:00pm

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

We taylored each training to put athletes in game like situations with defense and also to push each athlete to their full potential! We allow up to 6 players, the session will be first come first serve. You can sign up on the app or click the button below!
