I am going on my 14 week of stretches and I have 10 more weeks scheduled. My body hasn’t felt better.

I really enjoyed my stretch session at Stretch Sesh. Andrea did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining what the stretches were good for. Stretching is so essential and beneficial, especially since I workout 5 times a week. Thank you Andrea for this awesome experience.
