My husband and I have been using Stretch Sesh for awhile, the staff is knowledgeable and having an assisted Stretch work wonders for me because I exercise 5 days per week and my muscles are always tight...I would highly recommend making this a part of your life style, because I have seen a huge difference

Stretch Sesh is such a great company. They are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with and I am so glad I came across them. From the first initial free session, they were so informative and they educated me on stuff I didn’t even know right then and there. They told me what I needed to work on in order to reach my goals and even sat down with me to go step by step on which of their plans would be beneficial to me.
