This place is really helping me fight anxiety. Fun class. Hard working sessions. And you meet all sorts of nice people. The coaches are very supportive. And a great way to sweat.

Great work out and the trainers are wonderful, but the music could be louder, especially during core. Music helps get people through the work out and brings the vibe up in the studio.

Have went to 5 classes, had four different trainers and every single one has been friendly, gone out of their way to greet me and give me guidance. The workouts are INTENSE but if I can do it after practically 5 sedentary years and at least 70 extra pounds on my body then anyone can. Worth the cost, time, and energy.

I love my boxing classes. I get to hit a bag hard and release tensions from the day. God knows we all need it with Covid! The instructors are always high energy, encouraging and coach to good form - which is important to avoid injury.
