I'm sending a text to say how much myself and my son, Aidan, loves coach Tarae! He is inspirational, motivating, and just down right awesome. He does an excellent job motivating people in the classes and does excellent with his personal training - the knowledge of what is age appropriate and the over all care and motivation he gives during his PT sessions. Title boxing is so fortunate to have him on the team! Keep him!!!!

Don’t show up if you aren’t consistent. Believe in yourself and make the time to improve one day at a time.

I love title boxing- the classes, trainers, and overall vibe is the perfect workout and stress reliever!

I been attending for a few months and was pleasantly surprised with the coaches and atmosphere. They are excellent with kids as well. I signed my 7 year old daughter to build strength and discipline and she is happy with the sessions and looks forward to it.

Title Boxing is the kind of workout that hypes me up to come back, not the other way around. Nobody is there to show you up, lift heavier, grunt louder, that sort of thing… it’s just people who want to put in work, doing their thing. 💪 The trainers are fantastic and front desk folks are super knowledgeable, so asking questions has never been an issue no matter how silly the question seems. It might seem like an intimidating sort of work out, but of all the sports I do, this is the least daunting.

love training at this gym but was pretty disappointed in the COVID safety during the biggest case spike we've ever had. no mask requirement, no distancing, no check for vaccines — not even asking if people feel sick. I understand that state and local guidelines informed this, but we know gyms are high-risk areas and there are plenty of precautions you can take without inhibiting class attendance.

My 2nd home! Great staff, great community, great workout!
