  ·I booked a 90-minute massage and upgraded to deep tissue. My therapist was Shanice and holy cow! This was the best and most beneficial massage I’ve ever had and Ive had a lot! She seriously made me feel better than I have in years! I was in a car wreck years ago and suffered a neck injury.. two herniated discs, spinal stenosis, pinched nerves, There’s a list of things that resulted from it and I’ve tried everything short of fusion surgery. Nothing worked to alleviate my symptoms. Not like this massage anyways! I mean seriously! My symptoms were so bad that it feels like my neck and back are on fire and the nerve pain in my arms and hands made it so I could hardly use my hands and I had practically no feeling in them. After my massage I went to wash my hands and could actually feel the water on them. And there was no discomfort in my neck and back! So much improved after seeing Shanice! I would/will recommend her to everyone! Oh and I feel taller too which is just because I can stand that much straighter
