Wild Blossom Mead Club offers 4 selections of Mead per quarter which two are exclusively limited edition meads, picked up or free shipping in Illinois. By prepaying for the year you will be charged a yearly fee of $240 - a savings of $60 over the pay-as-you-go pricing.

Wild Blossom Mead Club offers 4 selections of Mead per quarter which two are exclusively limited edition meads.
Mead is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey with yeast. Mead is not a beer, wine, or spirit in the normal sense; it is its own class of alcohol, and it is believed to be the oldest alcoholic beverage. Mead has held a pivotal place in many cultures throughout its nearly 8,000 year history, and it is still enjoyed throughout the world.

Semi-Private Events
When holding your event here at wild Blossom, you can have your choice of being in our beautiful patio/garden or inside our semi-private dining room. Our team will cater to you and make sure everyone has a great time, while you enjoy yourself as well. Pricing includes tables, chairs, linen, and non alcoholic beverages. While outside catering is allowed, no outside beverages are permitted. We put lots of work into the atmosphere for our guests, enjoy the experience we plan to create, and save your music for the after party.
Private Events
If you wish to have a private event for you and your guests you have to option of buying us out for the day or evening. With This option you will be able to bring in music (D.J./ Band) or use our system with your own playlist. Weather we have the privilege of hosting your wedding and you need the venue morning till night or a gathering that you want to have V.I.P. treatment we can do it! You can decorate, design, and plan as you wish. Private events need to be booked no sooner than a week in advance.

With more than 30 years of winemaking experience, Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery is the first winery in Chicago and the only producer of mead on the Northern Illinois Wine Trail. Being a mead producer, at Wild Blossom Meadery & Winery we raise our own bees and collect our own honey.

Each bottle we produce creates a ripple effect of positive change as for each bottle produced, our bees pollinate some 2 million flowers. Those, in turn, produce 20 to 40 million seeds destined to become new flowers. The positive impact plants have on the environment is well known. Meanwhile at our location on Chicago’s lakefront, we purify and use water from Lake Michigan to produce our wines. When you buy honey wine from us you’ve planted the seeds for millions of new flowers and re-invested in our local community.
