The Sun Salutation is one of the most well-known series of postures in yoga. It's used as a warm-up and strengthens and aligns the body. In short, it's an all-purpose tool in your yoga toolbox.Doing 108 Sun Salutations at a time can be challenging and requires stamina, physical fitness, and, above all, mental resolve and discipline. You're invited to join us in this six-week workshop as we build ourselves up to doing 108 Sun Salutations on Dec. 21, the winter solstice! Each week, we'll build our physical stamina and mental fortitude and notice the change in your mind, body, and spirit as we end 2021 and head into the new year.
