Set against the beautiful backdrop of the beach, this special class offers a wonderful way to connect with nature and embrace the energy of the full moon.
Class Description: We'll begin with a gentle warm-up, leading into a series of moon salutations to honor the Full Buck Moon. Our practice will focus on poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance, reflecting the growth and vitality this moon symbolizes.
