Many times when we hear the word "strength" we automatically focus on our physical strength. In yoga we also strive to strengthen our mental, emotional, spiritual, or inner strength.

Strength isn't just about how much you can bench press, but it also includes:
- Being resilient in challenging situations
- Feeling empowered within yourself
- Believing in yourself and your ability to get through anythingÂ
This month I challenge you to see your yoga mat as a tool where you can discover your strengths AND weaknesses and embrace them.Â
