This is the topic I find myself talking about the most as a yoga teacher.
We all come to yoga for different reasons, but the common denominator is that, for many of us, we practice yoga because we love how we feel afterwards.
I used to stress myself out looking at my calendar and trying to figure out how I could be consistent in my yoga practice and this generally included finding schedules from lots of different yoga studios and dropping those class times in my calendar. There was just one problem with doing that: I didn't always factor in travel time -- like, seriously, did I really want to drive another 25 minutes for a 90-minute yoga class after having commuted for an hour home from work?
