I hope you had a happy and healthy holiday season!
In a way, the end of the year felt a bit like the end of 2020, but I have found that with all the "noise" it is just as important as ever for all of us to take care of both our physical and mental health and I believe the best way to do that is to go back to the basics: eat well, get plenty of rest and exercise. And let me be the first to tell you that I have been doing none of those things over the past two months!
So, are you ready to bring back some structure to your life? I've filled up January with lots of goodies for you whether you want to pick up something new or are happy where you are.
NEW in 2022 -- Online classes will now be recorded so if you can't join us live, as long as you are registered for the class, you will receive a replay.
Over the next few months, I will be transitioning to a few new platforms which will give you new ways to continue practicing, including a library of pre-recorded classes.
