I wanted to share some exciting news with you.
I'm adding a new offering to the weekly schedule: Laughter Yoga! It's a unique blend of laughter exercises and yoga breathing techniques designed to uplift your spirits and leave you feeling refreshed.
Starting this Friday, I'll be hosting Laughter Yoga sessions online at 12 noon EDT, and I'd love for you to join in.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, these sessions are open to everyone, and no prior experience is needed.

- Cost: $10 for drop-in classes, with class cards available for those interested in regular attendance.
