I'm so happy to announce a new Chair Yoga class at Babylon Barre!
Starting Feb. 3, join me every Friday at 11 AM for this yoga class where each student will use a chair to sit or as a prop for support, balance, or advancing the pose.
Students who are recovering from an injury or have limited mobility will benefit most from this class.
This class is open to all students, and yoga experience is not required.
