I’m so excited to chat with you today because we’re stepping into a brand-new season, and I want to kick it off by sharing something from one of my favorite teachings by Buddha—impermanence.
It’s that gentle reminder that nothing stays the same forever, and right now, we’re seeing it in action as we say goodbye to summer and welcome autumn with open arms.
Autumn is all about the element of air—it’s light, crisp, and brings that beautiful shift in energy.
But here’s the thing: when everything around us is changing, it’s so important to stay grounded. It’s like setting your feet firmly on the earth as we get ready for the cozy, reflective months of winter.
I also want to take a moment to thank YOU for such an amazing beach yoga season! I’ve loved every moment spent in the sun and sand with you all.
