Well, I'm not giving in that easily and I hope you won't either by joining me in the FREE 5-day yoga challenge next week.
If you have been thinking about starting a yoga practice but have resisted coming out to the beach or taking a class because you're not sure if your too big, too overweight or just not flexible enough for yoga, then this is the challenge for you! Every one regardless of size, shape or age deserves to receive the mental and physical benefits of a consistent yoga practice!
This challenge is specifically designed for those who identify as a plus-sized woman (size 14 and over) but everyone is welcomed and over the course of 5 days you will experience:
- Daily videos sharing tips and tricks on how to modify yoga postures for your body shape and size
- Daily encouragement to help you take action
- A community of other yoga students
